Property Registration Help in Tamil Nadu

From the draft sale deed to the day at the Sub-Registrar's office — stamp duty, fees, TNREGINET slot booking and all.

Documents checked before you pay

Registration is the last step, and the one where small mistakes cost the most: a wrong survey number, a missing signature, or duty paid on the wrong value.

What it costs

  • Stamp duty: 7% of the guideline value or the sale price, whichever is higher.
  • Registration fee: 2%.

Rates are revised by government notification from time to time, so we confirm them on TNREGINET before you pay.

What we do

We get the sale deed drafted, check the guideline value on TNREGINET, work out the duty and fee, book your slot, and come with you on the day. Afterwards, we follow up on the Patta transfer.

How we help

  • Sale deed, gift deed, settlement and power of attorney drafting
  • Guideline value, stamp duty and fee worked out correctly
  • Slot booked on TNREGINET
  • With you at the Sub-Registrar's office on the day
  • Follow-up on the Patta transfer afterwards
