How to choose an area

In Coimbatore an "individual house" and an "independent house" mean the same thing: a house on its own plot, as opposed to a flat. Most buyers choose an area by commute and schools first, then budget. The West (Vadavalli, Kovaipudur, Vedapatti) is favoured for climate and schools; the North-East (Saravanampatti, Kalapatti, Chinnavedampatti) for IT jobs and the airport; the North (Thudiyalur, Narasimhanaickenpalayam) and South (Malumichampatti, Eachanari) for value with space; and the centre (RS Puram, Race Course, Saibaba Colony, Peelamedu) for established, premium neighbourhoods.
